Dear Forum Members, Customers & Friends

We are writing to let you know that sadly we have closed JC Recordings. Recently we have received communication from Mercedes Benz UK that they would like us to cease our services as a result of copyright issues.

We have always felt that we have had a good relationship with all the Mercedes agencies and authorised dealers that we have assisted, and it is not our intention to continue a business to which they might object.

Like yourselves, we wish to keep within the boundaries of the law.

We believe that Mercedes do wish to support independent workshops who repair Mercedes and Smart vehicles, and they recognise that many of you have simply been unable to afford the large fees associated with the star system.

We understand that to address this, Mercedes have introduced a new laptop based star system at a very affordable price that will allow you legitimate access to both ECU and SCN online coding.

The system includes Xentry/Das software with licence key, and a genuine reliable multiplexer that you can use with your laptop.

Rather than pay a large contracted subscription you will be able to pay for small packets of time at low cost to use the system as and when you require it. For further information about this system please click on the following link or paste it into your browser window:

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your custom and friendship, especially all of you who sent letters of support during Heather's illness. Your letters and emails were a true comfort during such a traumatic time. We are glad to say Heather's heart has behaved itself since.

We wish you all health, happiness and prosperity for the future.

hola
